Our bespoke travel retreat is designed to help you learn how to make the most out of travel. We use our travel philosophy to help you plan your dream travel experience. along the way, we’ll spend some time experiencing how to make the most of travel time and find out why immersive experiences can make all the difference no matter where you are off to. Along the way, we’ll pass along our best tips, tricks, hacks, and backdoor secrets to make your experience the best it can be. We’ll even show you how to make your i-phone your trusty travel assistant. So join us with travelers just like you! Here’s the plan:

Day One
Arrive in Asheville and check in to our accommodations. Once, we’ve all settled in, we will meet for welcome cocktails followed by dinner. We’ll wind down getting to know what you want to get out of travel and how we can support those big dreams.

Day Two
We’ll start our morning off with an amazing breakfast at Cathead. The rest of the morning will be spent getting into the nuts and bolts of your planning. Then, we’ll head out for our first experience to learn how to make food a major part of your travel experience. We’ll enjoy dinner and then an evening planning party as we continue to make strides in turning far off ideas into reality.

Day Two
We’ll start this morning at glorious Biltmore Estate! After touring the house and take in the immersive art experience, we’ll head over to Antler Hill Village and enjoy an e-bike ride through the gardens. We’ll grab a late lunch at iconic Sunnyside Cafe then continue the travel fun with another meet up full of plenty of travel ins and outs.

Day Three
Get your adrenaline rushing as we go out to Pigsah State Forest for a canyoneering experience. Boost your confidence to take on all those challenges you’ve planned for in your upcoming travels. We’ll eat a lunch al fresco and get back to our home base to regroup and enjoy our last evening together.

Budget and legal information (the fine print):
- The total cost for all 4 days is a projected $2000.00
- That puts the cost at $500.00 per day/per person based on double occupancy.
- All participants must hold a current travel insurance policy.
- Our services include pre-trip social communication including links to give background information on our trips. We do this through a private facebook page. (We will be happy to set anyone up so they can look at just our page and participate pre-trip.)
- Our services will also assist with air travel arrangements. We will either work with you one on one or we will refer you to our trusted partners in the travel industry depending on your needs.
- A minimum of eight participants is required for this experience.
- Hotels are either the choice presented or equivalant based on group availability.
Payment: Your reservation is set when you have received confirmation of receipt of your completed booking and deposit. No contract exists until we have confirmed receipt of the deposit. The balance will be due no later than six weeks before the start of the experience. If the balance is not received as above then we reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled. Tours booked less than six weeks before the start must be paid for in full at the time of booking. The person paying the deposit guarantees payment of the total cost of the booking made on behalf of all persons for whom the booking is made. Deposits are non-refundable after the balance has been made.
Deposit opens 3 months prior to experience: $500.00
Balance due 6 weeks before experience: $1500.00
Cancellation: Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. In the event of any cancellation, including the non-payment of the balance, the deposit paid will always be forfeited after one month. In the event of cancellation after the balance has been paid the following scale of charges (as percentages of the total tour cost) will be incurred:
- 42 or more days before start of tour: 50%
- 31-41 days before start of tour: 75%
- 30 days or less before start: 100%
