The Castles and Cuisine of Poland
Join us for a unique journey through history as we castle hop our way through Poland in Autumn. There are roughly dozens of historic castles and fortified manors converted into operational hotels and spas among the country’s total pool of over 500 castles and 2,500 palaces. We’ll drive by private transfer enjoying historical sites and hotels that showcase these amazing Polish treasures and, along the way, we’ll pop in to a few of those amazing city centers that make Poland so magical. In addition, We’ll take a deep dive into Poland’s perfectly curated cuisine. From classic pierogi to some of the culinary world’s most cutting edge dishes. From seafood to the iconic soups Poland is so well known for, get ready for a trip like no other!
Dates for this adventure are October 10-19, 2027 with a total price point of $5400 per person based on double occupancy.
Here’s The Plan
Days 1-2: Marvelous Malbork
Flying in to Gdańsk, we’ll stay in Gdynia at Hotel Quadrile Realis Chateaux in Gdynia. From there, we’ll visit Sopot. The next day Malbork Castle awaits with an immersive tour before enjoying one of many amzing dinners where soup will definitely be on the menu!

Days 3-4: Cozy Kornik
We’ll leave toward Poznań to visit our next castle in Kornik, we’ll enjoy this unique area with another chance to explore an old town city centre with another fabulous menu. Was it too difficult to make a choice off the menu? Don’t worry! We’ll be guiding you through each and every menu and pointing out some of the best choices including a soup dish for each day.

Days 5-6: Silesia’s Finest
In the morning, we’ll continue South to Wrocław, visit Wroclaw city centre and go to Zamek Topacz. After breakfast and walk in the park, we’ll drive to Moszna Castle and Pszczyna Castle with country lunch in Silesia region.

Days 7-8: Mountain Views and Country Get Aways
We are headed to the mountains to enjoy the amazing Mountain Views in Poland or Slovakia. Then we’ll enjoy lunch at one of our all time favorites called Ziebowka and see Chochołów, a small village that is made entirely of wood.

Days 9-10: Poland’s Cultural Capitol: Wawel
We are headed into our last destination, Krakow! It’s our home away from home One day in Krakow visit Zinar Castle, St. Benedict’s Abbey, and ruins just outside of the city. Settle into Krakow’s city centre and explore Wawel Castle as well as the incredible central square. Of course, we’ll

Warsaw 3 day Add-on: Capitol Fun
Haven’t had enough? Let’s head to Warsaw for a few extra days! On the way, we’ll visit Zamek Chęciny and Książ castle and full day in Warsaw with access to the Royal Palace. We’ll end our stay in one last Royal residence at Hotel Verte.
